A colorful beach look

Je vous retrouve aujourd’hui avec un nouveau look. Avec hubby on a recommencé à aller à la plage. L’eau est encore fraîche par rapport à ce que l’on est habitués en été mais comme j’ai été habitué à me baigner dans l’océan atlantique, je la trouve quand même chaude. C’est pourquoi je vous propose un look de plage. Tout en couleurs avec mes sandalettes et mon panier qui viennent de Sicile. Je porte une jupe bleu à pois qui vient d’une ancienne collection Stradivarius. Je la porte cintrée avec un petit top brodé de fleurs d’une ancienne collection Zara et un long cardigan en crochet d’une autre ancienne collection Stradivarius pour me réchauffer quand je sortirais de l’eau. Bien sûr je n’ai pas oublié mon maillot de bain, en dessous de ma tenue et mon chapeau préféré pour me protéger du soleil. Bon c’était surtout pour les photos car j’ai du le ranger dans le coffre de la voiture pour éviter qu’il ne s’envole. Une tenue toute simple avec des vêtements que j’ai depuis un moment dans mes placards mais que je n’avais jamais associé ensemble. En ce moment j’ai surtout envie de tester de nouveaux assortiments avec mes vêtements plutôt que de sortir mes robes d’été par peur d’être déjà ennuyé de les porter presque tous les jours. Que pensez vous de cette tenue ? Quel temps fait-il chez vous ?

I’m back today with a new look. With hubby we started to go back at the beach. The water is not so hot yet but I’ve been used to swim in the Atlantic Ocean in France so I found this water hot anyway. That’s why today I’m sharing a beach look. A colorful look with my multicolors sandals and my straw bag I got in Sicily. I’m wearing a blue skirt with dots print from an old Stradivarius collection. I wear it waisted with a belt, an embroidered tank top and a long cardigan in crochet incase I get cold when I get out the water. The top is from an old Zara collection and the cardigan from an other old Stradivarius collection. Of course I’m not forgetting my swimsuit under my outfit and my favorite straw hat to protect me from the sun. To be honest I had to put my hat in the trunk of the car because I was worry it would of fly away with the wind. A very simple outfit with clothes I owned in my closet since a while but I’ve never worn together. Lately I just want to try new combo with the clothes I already have in my closet instead of wearing my summer dresses and already get bored with them. What do you think of this outfit ? And what is the weather like where you live ?

    1. Merci. L’eau n’est pas encore très chaude mais une fois qu’on était dedans, on était bien.
      Je pense qu’on est surtout habitués à ce qu’elle soit très chaude en été.
      En regardant sur internet j’ai vu qu’elle était à une vingtaine de degrés donc ça va

    1. Oh no ! That’s the worst when hats flew away. Last time it happened to me when it was low tide. Fortunately it didn’t go too far and it didn’t get too dirty.
      I hope you’ll find a hat similar. this one was from Asos.

    First of all very nice pictures and I now you made me want to visit the beach! By the way the beach in Bahrain always seems really clear and calm, at least on your posts and stories! The beach here in Barcelona is always busy haha you have to go to the outskirts to enjoy a bit of solitude and calm.

    But talking about the outfit I loved all the pieces and this reminds me of a Mediterranean summer. I liked that you kept the outfit with neutral colors to add a rainbow with the bag, it makes a really nice contrast!

    1. Yes. In our neighborhood there is a nice little spot. I think it’s kinda private that’s why there is not a lot of people around but during summer it’s not that calm with all the jetski around.
      They actually don’t have that many beaches here. Most of them are private and cost some money. It’s a shame because the water is really beautiful.
