Turning a blazer dress into an opened jacket

Je fais une pause dans mes articles DIY où je vous montre comment j’ai réalisé chaque pièce de mon costume d’Halloween, pour partager avec vous un nouveau look. Je vous avais déjà montré cette robe blazer sur le blog mais ici je la porte ouverte comme une veste. J’avais juste envie d’essayer quelque chose de différent avec ce vêtement qui vient d’une ancienne collection boohoo. Je le porte qu’avec des vêtements que je possède depuis un moment dans mon armoire : une jupe en vieux rose Bershka et un tee-shirt SPAO blanc avec des broderies de Monsieur et Madame Patate de Toy story. Le tout accompagné d’une paire de baskets d’une ancienne collection stradivarius et des chaussettes à paillettes Calzedonia. Je trouve ça tellement chouette de s’amuser avec ses vêtements et d’essayer plusieurs compositions possibles. Vous ici, ça vous arrive de détourner vos vêtements ?

I’m making a break with DIY articles where I show you how I made all the different pieces of my Halloween costume to share with you a new look. You may have already seen this blazer dress on the blog but this time I’m wearing it as an opened jacket. I just wanted to try something different with this piece of clothes. It’s from an old Boohoo collection and here I’m wearing it with clothes I have in my wardrobe since a while : a Bershka skirt, a white SPAO tee-shirt with embroideries details of Mr and Mrs Potatoes in Toy Story, a pair of pink sneakers from Stradivarius and Calzedonia pink glitter socks. I think it’s pretty fun to try a lot of different combinations with clothes I already own in my closet. Do you also like to do the same ?

    I just adore that blazer, I am a fan of this garment and I’ve been looking for one, yours is definitely a good option but seeing the fabric it looks more like a piece for spring-midtime right? It looks lovely! I loved how you matched with the shorts and the casual t-shirt…. I was looking for the detail of Mr and Mrs Potatoe and I found it haha such a funny little thing to find!

    1. Yes this is actually a dress and the fabric’s quality is super light and cheap so definitely not a good thick jacket for winter but it’s still pretty cool no.
      Haha yes there was just one picture showing Mr and Mrs Potato haha.

    Cette robe blazer rend vraiment trop bien en veste, tu as eu une bonne idée ! Je fais ça aussi avec les chemises de mon amoureux, comme il est grand ça me fait des longues vestes j’adore 🙂

  26. Coucou Margot ! C’est très sympa de porter cette robe en blazer ! C’est tellement la mode de l’oversize que je n’aurais pas deviné qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’une veste au départ 🙂 J’adore les couleurs de cette tenue 🙂
