An Halloween wishlist #2020.

Je suis contente de vous retrouver aujourd’hui pour ma sélection d’articles d’Halloween. Comme vous le savez j’adore les périodes de fête alors je trouvais ça sympa de partager avec vous toutes les choses qui ont pu me faire de l’oeil. Les principaux articles de cette liste se trouvent sur modcloth pour les articles de mode et Amazon pour le reste. J’ai un énorme coup de coeur pour un tas d’articles sur ModCloth. Je n’ai encore jamais commandé sur ce site mais il y’a de très jolies choses. J’aime beaucoup les modèles rétro qu’ils proposent. Ça me donne envie de tenter de reproduire ce genre de robes ou de top l’année prochaine si j’arrive à trouver un joli tissu avec un imprimé d’Halloween. Beaucoup des articles que vous allez voir ci-dessous sont sauvegardés dans ma wishlist d’halloween pour l’année prochaine. (Oups J’ai aussi déjà sauvegardé un tas d’articles pour Noël ). Et je vous retrouve dans quelques jours pour partager avec vous toutes mes idées pour fêter Halloween cette année et vous montrer quelques articles que j’ai choisi.

I’m happy to be back today for an Halloween wishlist. Like you may know by now I love the holidays. So I thought It would be nice to share with you all the Halloween article I found online. Most of theses articles come from Modcloth for fashion and Amazon for most of the others articles. I found a lot of pretty clothes on Modcloth. I never ordered on this website but next year I’ll make sure to remember this website. They have a lot of beautiful picks for Halloween. I would love to try to make a similar retro dress like those if next year I’m lucky enough to find a pretty Halloween printed fabric. A lot of the articles you gonna see are saved in my wishlist for next year. ( Oup’s I also already started to save a lot of articles for next Christmas ). In few days I’ll show you others articles, the ones I pick for this Halloween along with all my ideas to celebrate Halloween this year.

Tout d’abord c’est parti pour ma sélection de vêtements d’halloween. J’aime beaucoup investir dans ce genre de pièces thématique car chaque année c’est un plaisir de ressortir ces tenues.

First let’s start with all my Halloween clothes pick. I love to invest in thematic pieces because each year it’s a lot of fun to find them back in my wardrobe.

Maintenant passons à mes articles préférés, ceux pour s’amuser dans le thème d’Halloween. Bien utile quand on souhaite éviter la foule à l’extérieur.

Now I’m showing you my favorite articles. The ones to have fun in an Halloween thematic. It’s pretty useful right now when we try to avoid the crowd outside.

1 – Le comic « Locke and Key » J’avais adoré la série sur Netflix alors j’aimerais beaucoup découvrir le comic original /« Locke and Key » comic.I loved the tv show on Netflix so I would love to discover the original comic.

2- Un coffret avec que 3 oeuvres de Neil Gaiman, l’auteur de Coraline. Les illustrations de ces trois livres ont l’air superbes. / A set with 3 books written by Neil Gaiman, the author of Coraline. The illustrations of theses 3 books seem beautiful.

3 – Un livre de contes classiques d’horreur / classic tales of Horror.

4 – J’adore la saga Harry Potter mais je n’ai jamais lu les livres ou du moins jamais la saga en entier et j’aimerais beaucoup tous les lire. Pour le moment j’ai seulement Harry potter et l’enfant maudit, la fameuse pièce de théâtre qui raconte la suite d’Harry potter et l’histoire de son fils. J’aimerais beaucoup avoir toute la saga dans une jolie édition. Et je pense que celle-ci a l’air superbe. Pour le moment seulement le tome 1 vient tout juste de sortir et le livre a l’air magnifique. /

I love the Harry potter sago but I never real the books or at least not all of them. And I would love to read them all. So far I only have Harry potter and the cursed child, the famous piece of theater who told the suite of Harry potter telling the story of one of his sons. But I would love to have the books in a pretty edition and I found this new edition of the tome 1 which just launched. The edition looks beautiful. So far they only launched the tome 1.

5 – Un roman policier en anglais, « Vanishing fall » de Poppy gee / A crime book : « Vanishing fall » by Poppy gee. Synopsis : Celia Lily is rich, beautiful, and admired. She’s also missing. And the search for the glamorous socialite is about to expose all the dark, dirty secrets of Vanishing Falls…

6 – « We have always lived in the castle » est un roman de 1963 écrit par Shirley Jackson. Ici c’est une nouvelle édition et je pense que c’est un bon roman de style thriller- gothique pour se mettre dans l’ambiance d’Halloween. résumé : On dit que l’horreur a toujours habité le château. Elle s’appelle Mary Katherine Blackwood, elle a dix-huit ans, elle vit au  » château  » avec sa sœur Constance. Elle déteste le bruit, les chiens et les êtres humains. Tous les êtres humains. Même les membres de sa famille. Mais, en réalité, ceux-ci sont morts. Mystérieusement. On dit qu’il ont été tous empoisonnés. On dit que Mary Katherine pourrait être la meurtrière. On dit même qu’elle se change parfois en loup-garou. On dit tant de choses…

The book « we have always lived in the castle ». Shirley Jackson’s beloved gothic tale of a peculiar girl named Merricat and her family’s dark secret. Synopsis : My name is Mary Katherine Blackwood. I am eighteen years old, and I live with my sister Constance. I have often thought that with any luck at all I could have been born a werewolf, because the two middle fingers on both my hands are the same length, but I have had to be content with what I had. I dislike washing myself, and dogs, and noise, I like my sister Constance, and Richard Plantagenet, and Amanita phalloides, the death-cap mushroom. Everyone else in my family is dead…

7 – Un autre roman en anglais qui vient juste de sortir « the year of the witching » by Alexis Henderson. A Novel which seems to be the perfect one for Halloween. « The year of the witching » by Alexis Anderson. Synopsis : A young woman living in a rigid, puritanical society discovers dark powers within herself in this stunning, feminist fantasy debut.

8 – Je n’ai jamais regardé le film de 1998 « les ensorceleuses » avec Sandra bullock et Nicole Kidman mais j’aimerais beaucoup le découvrir, ainsi que le roman. Résumé :  » Deux sœurs orphelines, Gillian et Sally, sont élevées par leurs tantes, vieilles filles un peu sorcière. Dans leur maison de Magnolia Street à l’ombre du vieux porche ourlé de lierre, au milieu des meubles en merisier, les fillettes grandissent dans un univers enchanté, au gré des superstitions et des sorts improvisés par leurs parentes. 
Puis vient l’adolescence et les deux soeurs, chacune à sa manière, se soustrait à l’influence de leurs aînées. Gillian la rebelle s’enfuit avec le premier venu, tandis que la raisonnable Sally, se marie. Mais la magie rôde encore. Lorsque, des années plus tard, Sally découvre une paire de couteaux croisés sur la table de la cuisine, elle flaire un mauvais présage. I never watched the 1998 movie « Practical magic » with Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman but I would love to watch it and also read the novel. Synopsis : For more than two hundred years, the Owens women have been blamed for everything that has gone wrong in their Massachusetts town. Gillian and Sally have endured that fate as well: as children, the sisters were forever outsiders, taunted, talked about, pointed at. Their elderly aunts almost seemed to encourage the whispers of witchery, with their musty house and their exotic concoctions and their crowd of black cats. But all Gillian and Sally wanted was to escape. One will do so by marrying, the other by running away. But the bonds they share will bring them back—almost as if by magic…

9 – En parlant du film et du livre « les ensorceleuses ». Aux Etats unis, le prequel du livre vient de sortir : « Magic lessons » d’ Alice Hoffman. / The prequel of « Practical Magic » just launched and it sounds nice : « Magic lessons » by Alice Hoffman. Synopsis : Where does the story of the Owens bloodline begin? With Maria Owens, in the 1600s, when she’s abandoned in a snowy field in rural England as a baby. Under the care of Hannah Owens, Maria learns about the “Unnamed Arts.” Hannah recognizes that Maria has a gift and she teaches the girl all she knows. It is here that she learns her first important lesson: Always love someone who will love you back.When Maria is abandoned by the man who has declared his love for her, she follows him to Salem, Massachusetts. Here she invokes the curse that will haunt her family. And it’s here that she learns the rules of magic and the lesson that she will carry with her for the rest of her life. Love is the only thing that matters.

10 – Vous connaissez mon amour pour les jeux de société et j’en ai trouvé deux en particulier qui ont l’air vraiment top pour Halloween. Un jeu de cartes « Arkham Horror ». Ce jeu a l’air géniale, plusieurs expansions sont également disponibles pour ce jeu. / You know my love for board games so I found 2 which sound nice for Halloween. A card game called Arkham Horror. It sounds like a really good one. Few extensions are also available with this game.

11- Un autre jeu de société « Betrayal at house on the hill ». Ce jeu a l’air vraiment très très bien. Il faut a priori construire sa propre maison hanté qu’il faut ensuite essayer d’en échapper. J’aurais adoré l’offrir à mon mari pour son anniversaire mais malheureusement il ne se joue qu’à partir de 3. Je lui ai trouvé un autre jeu à la place qui a l’air tout aussi top je vous en reparlerais dans un prochain article. / An other board game « Betrayal at house on the hill ». This board game sounds really really nice. You have to build your own haunted house and then try to escape it. I wish I bought this one for my husband for his birthday but it’s a game you have to play from 3 players. But it’s ok because I found for him an other game which hopefully will be just as nice. I’ll talk to you more about it in a next article.

12 -J’aime aussi beaucoup les puzzles. C’est une des activité qui je pense me détresse le plus. Celui-ci de 500 pièces est parfait pour Halloween / I also love puzzles. It’s one of the activity which destress me the most. This one of 500 pieces sounds perfect for Halloween.
