Un nouveau look aujourd’hui avec cette robe Forever 21 que vous aviez déjà pu voir dans mon dernier haul. Quand j’ai acheté cette robe à imprimé tournesols je m’imaginais la porter en France et prendre des photos avec dans les champs mais comme malheureusement je ne sais pas quand je vais pouvoir retourner en France, je vous la présente dans un paysage totalement différent : Bleu turquoise, palmiers, désert et mosquée en arrière plan. Nous n’étions pas retournés dans ce coin depuis un moment et c’est fou comment tout change très vite ici. Bahrain ne cessera de m’étonner. Du jour au lendemain on peut apercevoir de nouveaux buildings en construction ou alors de nouveaux arbres de planter. Je suis sûre qu’un jour ce sera la nouvelle destination à la mode et quand ce jour là arrivera je serais contente d’avoir connu ce pays avant qu’il ne devienne trop touristique. Bref’ revenons en à ma tenue, je porte cette robe tournesol avec cette paire de lunettes cat eye que j’ai depuis un moment pour lui donner un petit côté rétro ainsi que des bijoux dorés et à perles. Et pour contraster le côté vintage j’ai ajouté une paire de baskets pour un look d’été mi streetwear mi vintage. Qu’en pensez-vous ? 

Today I’m sharing with you a new look with this Forever 21 dress you may have already seen in my latest haul.  When I bought this sunflower dress I imagined myself wearing it in France and taking pictures in the fields in the countryside but unfortunately I really don’t know when I’ll be able to come back in France. So instead I took pictures in a total different landscape : turquoise water, palm trees, desert and mosque in the background. We didn’t come back in this area since a while and it’s crazy to see how Bahrain is changing so fast. From one day to an other we notice new buildings or new trees. I’m sure one day it’ll be a really trendy destination and when this day will arrive I’ll be so happy to know this country before it becomes too touristic. Anyway.. let’s go back to my outfit. I matched this sunflowers dress with my old cat eye sunglasses to give the dress a retro look. And I also add goldens and pearls jewelry  And to contrast the vintage look of this outfit I wore a pair of sneakers for a look mid-streetwear mid-vintage.What do you think ?

    To pick a nice background is also necessary to make our outfit contrast and you did a good job! Love to see a new scenario and the water looks so clear and crystalline in these pictures.

    That dress also takes me to the French countryside, but you styled it in such a nice way to use it in the city with those sneakers, the pearls and the sunglasses that gives it a totally new urbanistic vibe 😉
